Seeking Employment or a Contract?

Viewing our current vacancies: We use a wide variety of advertisement and search techniques. A small selection of recent jobs appear on this site and others can often be found on Jobserve and similar boards.

Sending us your CV: You may send your CV to   It will be added to our database and considered when vacancies arise.  We do tend to work from the client end first and cannot guarantee to answer enquiries that take the form “Can you find me a job/contract”.

Registering with us: We only send registration forms to contractors who have passed initial filtering for a specific vacancy and are about to go to interview. Your chance of success at that point will generally be 1 in 5 or better.  We do not bulk register potential candidates.

Fair Dealing / Employment Law: We are well known by contractors who already use us for our honesty, common sense, prompt payment and detailed knowledge of employment and contract law. We never tell the client one thing and you another and we respect both parties equally, remembering at all times that we are your agent as well as theirs.

IR35 (contractors): Our CEO has been a member of the Professional Contractor’s Group (PCG) since its inception and we also subscribe to the freelancer news site Shout99. Once you are selected we will do everything we are able to keep your contract 100% business to business.  Where we are unable to do so we will make this completely clear.

Use our service yourself: Employees do not always remain employees and contractors do not always remain one man bands. We are always pleased to hear from people looking to expand their business and can help you take the first steps towards broadening your offering by taking care of issues like locating additional contractors, paperwork, IR35 and cash flow.

Commission: We also pay commission for successful introductions if you prefer this route to earn potentially £1000’s of additional income from your contacts without the extra administration that expansion of your own company can bring.
