All you really want is the same level of service and respect given to larger clients and Vivamex are happy to guarantee this to you. We try our very hardest on every vacancy and the size of your business or its market sector is not a factor. Vivamex do not have a problem meeting rate constraints. We have an outstanding track record in locating people with very high skills, that for one reason or another are pricing themselves effectively as candidates. An example of factors that can lower rate but not quality are:

Worked loyally on vertical market projects within a single company
Concentrated on developing their own product
Concentrated on vocationally motivated work
Took time out
Track record was mostly overseas
How do I know these people are any good?:
