Earn £ 1000’s of commission from contacts

We will pay you 10% of gross margin on all introductions that result in billable work, including any subsequent hires in any chain of such engagements, up to the point where a 6 month gap in continuity of hire occurs.  Whether it turns out to be 1 person or 20, 3 months or 3 years we will carry on paying you a monthly fee for your introductions.

Illustration:

“Dave” introduces us to X Limited who hire a senior contractor with agency margin of 1K
per calandar month.  After two months of discussion a project develops with X that involves
two additional developers of £500 margin and runs for 6 months. Dave’s earnings are
2 x 100 + (100 + 50 + 50) x 6 = £1400 ...from a single introduction.

I am an employee. Can I earn commission?

In principle, but you should be careful not to break your own organization’s rules. It will often be easier to recommend us to clients and acquaintances outside of your immediate workplace.
